In order to encourage the employees to take outdoor exercise, the labour union organized a mountain-climbing on December 4th. Hundreds of staff took part in it.
      On the early morning, the employees gathered at the foot of Zijin Mountain and set out for the top in high spirits. Some came with companion, and some came with family. Although the weather was bitterly cold, everyone spared no effort in climbing along the rugged mountain road. The continuous stream of people climbing up the way became a beautiful scenery on Zijin Mountain.
      The labour union also held a contest of tug-of-war to celebrate the New Year. Six teams participated in the contest. Now winter sports are very popular.  A lot of employees have chosen personalized exercise to participate in. Some persist regularly in climbing, swimming, riding, walking, running and other outdoor sports, despite the cold and heat, wind and rain. Some employees even participated in the international marathon and achieved awards.
