In order to help new employees to have a better understanding of rules and culture of our enterprise and switch of roles swiftly to get involved in working environment, our personnel launched new employee orientation training in July, with the purpose of improving overall and professional quality of new employees and helping them make contribution on their posts. There were many courses in the training such as employee professional quality, enterprise culture and etiquette, enterprise regulations and rules, quality management system, overview of research and development, safety production management, 6S field management, office automation, secrecy education, youth league work, communication and visits, military training, before-post professional training for new employees in R&D department and so on. These courses made new employees fully understand the history and product overview of the institute and deeply feel enterprise culture of our institute.
